As Co-Founder of Great Game India, his editorial and analytical leadership has been central to shaping India’s independent geopolitical narrative space.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Geopolitics and International Relations from Manipal University, with prior technical training in Electronics and Communication. His work in intelligence analysis spans economic warfare, disinformation doctrine, arms trade dynamics, and fifth-generation warfare theory.
At Anusandhaan Think Tank, Raja Sekhar serves as Senior Policy Fellow – Geostrategy and National Security, where he leads research portfolios on defence modernization, statecraft, strategic containment doctrines, and the resurgence of Indian civilizational thought. His role involves interfacing with military thinkers, strategic institutions, and international research partners.
He is also a senior advisor at Octagram Consultancy, where he designs strategic architecture for political campaign integration, think tank frameworks, stakeholder diplomacy, and party onboarding strategies.
